Primarily serving buyers and sellers in the Bay Area, Astha has over 12 years of experience matching clients to their dream homes, while providing her clients with exceptional care and service.
Originally from New Delhi, India, Astha immigrated to the United States in 2000, and has been in the Bay Area since. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Astha had a career in the tech industry for over eight years. When the market crashed in 2008, she shifted her focus from the tech industry to real estate, taking this as an opportunity to build her own business. Despite challenges, Astha pursued her real estate license in 2009 and became a full-time REALTOR® in 2010. Through hard work and perseverance, Astha built a thriving real estate career, centered around helping her clients realize their dreams of homeownership in one of the nation’s most sought-after real estate markets. Along with her real estate and tech background, Astha also holds degrees in English Literature and Computer Programming.
As an experienced REALTOR®, Astha leads with a client-centric business model. This means she puts the needs of her clients above all else, advocating for them through every step of the transaction. Through active listening and clear communication, Astha builds strong relationships with her clients, from the first meeting to well beyond the closing table. When working with buyers, she educates them on the different neighborhoods in the area, helping her clients find their dream homes within their ideal community. When working with sellers, she highlights the best features of her listings, helping her sellers get top dollar for their homes. Astha works with buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area, primarily focusing on Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell, Cupertino, San Jose, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, and the surrounding area.
Not only does she dedicate herself to serving her clients, but Astha also leads an incredibly rich, fulfilling personal life. She has been happily married to her husband for over 30 years and is the proud mother of two grown children. Astha is on a spiritual quest and works to achieve inner balance. Her passions include yoga, walking, reading, and spending quality time with her family, and beloved Labradoodle, Penny.
